Returns & Replacements

Horticulture is as much an art as it is a science. We do not guarantee our plants. Conditions such as weather, how much and how often you water, and your planting method are beyond our control. Our promise to you is that, to the best of our knowledge, our plants are strong and healthy, labelled accurately, and hardiness rated to zone 5 or colder. If you have questions or problems, contact us promptly. Replacements will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Any refunds will be for nursery credit, with no cash or credit card refunds given.
